Indie & Main was a wholesale marketplace and marketing services company representing vendors and brands in the gift and home space to independent retailers.

The curated marketplace made it easy for independent retailers to shop for trusted brands and discover inspiring new brands their customers would love.

My Role:

    • Performed comprehensive competitor research and SWOT analysis on existing wholesale marketplaces

    • Researched, identified, and created profiles of our target audience

    • Developed company name and brand vision

    • Led the discovery of our brand values, voice, and personality

    • Defined and created brand visuals

    • Created brand guidelines for an authentic and cohesive multi-channel brand experience

    • Provided copywriting for website and marketing materials

    • Continue to oversee all brand representation, including web, marketing, social media, publications, and trade shows

    • Hire and mentor new creative team members

    • Visionary management of the creative and social media teams

    • Encourage and foster a transparent and autonomous work environment

    • Provide focus and direction of monthly cross-channel marketing campaigns

    • Establish A/B creative test plans to determine best practices for our audience

    • Analyze digital marketing performance against benchmarks and KPIs
