Role:
I led the OneCoast 2025 rebrand initiative by ensuring consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all touchpoints; the rebrand effectively strengthened brand recognition and fostered deeper customer loyalty. This unified approach enhanced the customer experience and empowered employees to become brand ambassadors, further reinforcing the OneCoast brand in the marketplace.
Performed an in-depth brand perception survey to current customers
Researched and created detailed customer personas to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience.
Developed a comprehensive brand style guide, including a new logo, color palette, typography, and imagery. Defined the brand voice and tone across all channels, including website copy, social media posts, and customer communications.
Cross-departmental collaboration with marketing, technology, and showroom visual teams for a cohesive brand experience
